First let me welcome you to Fitness Fashionista. You may be wondering where to start so you have come to the right place. I have put together a collection of post that will help catch you up to where I am at in my journey to lose weight and look good in the process. The links for the post are all in the text below.
So you may be thinking why did you decided to lose the weight well you can find that story here. Once I became utterly fed up with looking like a blob I decided to take control of my weight loss and document the journey on this site as well as my youtube channel.
The two stories linked above should give you an idea of where I was at along with my progress pictures. So how did I end up gaining all of this weight well it was a mix between cleaning my sons plate and the medications that I took to combat my depression. Oh yea and don’t even get me started on what those darn birth control pills did to my body.
Each and every one of these things led me to gain weight and overall just become miserable with the way my body had transformed. Once I began to get in the groove of things the weight begin to come off an my body began to change in a good way. I started thinking of new ways to help not only myself but my little family become healthier and happier.
Then things took a turn for the worse and I started nursing school…dun dun dunnnnn. School basically gave me a run for my money and I got really busy and started focusing less on my health and more on just passing. Well those semesters caught up with me and brought me here but then I decided that I wasn’t going to let anything get in my way of getting back on track so I am now determined to give it 100 .
