Life With 3 Boys Healthier Peanut Butter Cookies

Let me start by saying I have a crazy addiction to peanut butter cookies. I use to eat not so healthy peanut butter cookies, before my journey, every single day before work. I lived off peanut butter cookies but since starting my journey I had to give them up and I was thrilled when Nicole shared this recipe with me because I can eat them again although I have to restrain myself from eating them all.

About Life With 3 Boys blogger Nicole:

  1. I pinned this for sure! My 2 guys (hubby and my toddler) love peanut butter! I am always looking for healthier alternatives to the things we love to eat, especially me and hubby since we want baby to start off with better habits! :)

  3. Good, but I would add some wheat germ for some extra crunch and the extra health benefits. I also used egg whites instead of a whole egg, but would recommend cooking it longer so it isn’t too undercooked.
