Sometimes we get so wrapped up in the progress of others that we forget that we have the ability to inspire ourselves. Weight loss isn’t the easiest thing in the world and finding other people’s progress inspiring is a great way to jump start you in the right direction.
Today I want you all to take a picture of where you are at TODAY and then in a few more days or weeks take another picture and use those pictures to inspire you to keep pushing forward to achieve your weight loss goals. Over the next few weeks you will begin to see changes in your body if you are willing to make that change to a healthier lifestyle.
You will no longer have to look at celebs and wish you could look like that you will be your own inspiration to move forward and push harder.
Looking at my Day 1 picture to where I am at now is what pushes me to keep going even when I feel like giving up. There are days that I don’t want to work out but I just look at Day 1 and I keep moving forward. Have a #fitastic week.
