Ms S. writes: Hi Danielle , I wanted to know if I take the 2 week challenge how much weight do your think I would lose. The only thing I really want to lose is my stomach and I have tried everything but then I’ll stop because I don’t see any progress. What do you think I should do ?
Hi Ms S.,
Sorry it has taken me a little bit to get back to you. In regards to your question it is very much determined by your current weight. The less you weight the harder it is to get those few extra pounds off. I know my stomach is my problem area too like it is for most people the thing is weight comes off evenly so it will come off across your entire body not just one particular area. If you don’t have much weight to lose you may want to focus on strength training and tone that area up. Building lean muscle will help you lose the inches that you want but you have to stick with it. You aren’t going to see improvement over night but give it a few months and you will start seeing your efforts really pay off. The two week challenge is to jump start you into a routine and a healthy way of eating. So use it to get you going in the right direction.
Ms I. writes: I recently had my breast augmentation and wanted to still lose about 15pounds in your opinion did you see a dramatic change in the size or look
of your breast? I will def subscribe to your channel to follow your health ways I personally am not really over weight but never really put
much mind to losing weight after. (should have done it prior LOL) I started off at this weight but now want to lose the 15 pounds I am training for a triathlon so I dont think it will be difficult but just want to hear a persons insight (not a doctors opinion) what weight loss would do to your boobs. Thanks for your time.

Hi Ms. I,
Congrats on you new additions. No matter what anyone says I have never regretted having my done. I do however regret the weight gain. I can tell you I noticed a difference in them when I gained weight they got much bigger as I lose weight they have began to go down in size to the original size when I had them done. I am not sure how big your breast were before but mine were non existent so I have a good gauge as to how they will look even with weight loss since I had noting to start with. If you lose 15lbs you will see a different but I think the smaller you are they more pronounced they are in proportion with the rest of your body if that makes sense. Basically they look bigger the smaller the rest of your body is. I noticed as I gained weight they kinda just blended in to everything else so even though they were bigger they didn’t look bigger in proportion to the rest of my body. And thank you so much for subscribing. Also if you are 2 weeks out you probably still have a good amount of swelling so what you have now will go down and be a bit smaller anyway.
Ms A. writes: I am Ms A. and i am going into the nursing field. I need to kick start my weight loss and I would love some advice. I am thinking about trying the body wraps. I would like to know how you have lost weight and what works best for you? I am looking to loose about 40 lbs. Thank you!

Hi Ms. A,
Thank you for stopping by the site. Have you already started your nursing program? I start mine in August of this year I am having a countdown and can’t wait. I actually started this journey when I decided to become a nurse. I felt that I couldn’t promote good health if I wasn’t living by those standards. The journey is tough but it is doable. If you are looking to lose 40lbs and keep it off you will want to mainly focus on the things that you are putting inside your body. All calories aren’t created equal. My suggestion would be to give up any sugary drinks (that’s basically everything except water and black coffee). Doing this and upping your water intake will allow you to burn more calories as well as eat less if you drink a big glass of water before your meals. Losing weight is primarily based on your food intake, so try to avoid foods that are packaged. Doing this and increasing your activity level will surely bring about the desired results, although not instantly.
Let me know if you need any support, advice or anything. Have a wonderful evening.
